Renovate Audit Fixes

Issues Found

  • No renovate.json: Missing Renovate configuration file
  • Legacy .gitlab-ci.yml: Renovate Dashboard detected the legacy file but couldn't parse any deps from it (gitlabci section shows empty). The file is superseded by .gitea/workflows/docker-build.yaml (4-job pipeline).

Changes

  • renovate.json: Added basic Renovate config with ignorePaths for the legacy .gitlab-ci.yml

Dashboard Context

Issue #1: dockerfile (alpine 3.23) detected OK, github-actions detected (needs re-run after SHA-pinned CI migration PR #5), gitlabci section empty.
