Le Dockerfile a déjà migré vers dunglas/frankenphp:1-php8.5-alpine. Le custom manager Renovate qui trackait l'ARG VERSION pour jcabillot/phpapache est obsolète — on le retire.

Le fichier renovate.json conserve juste le $schema; Renovate continuera à détecter automatiquement les mises à jour du FROM dans le Dockerfile.

With the migration to dunglas/frankenphp, the custom manager
for jcabillot/phpapache is gone. renovate.json had no remaining
config — delete the file entirely.
