When setting the permissions on directories with ignore permissions off, preserve the setgid bit to it's original value instead of setting it off.
Added myself to the AUTHORS, NICKS and GUI contributors files. Also fixed the sort order in AUTHORS and NICKS when adding myself as there were a couple of entries in both that were not quite in alphabetical order.
