Jakob Borg d1cc1828b8 Improve ItemStarted/ItemFinished events ...

- Remove full details from ItemStarted (unnecessary, incorrect CamelCase)

 - Add "type" ("file" or "dir") to both events

 - Add "action" (what we tried to do - "delete" or "update") to both
   events.
